In Utah County, the coordinating entity for non-criminal defense, free or low cost legal services of several varieties is the Timpanogos Legal Center or TLC. The TLC is supported by numerous local organizations with an interest in providing better access to the justice system to all people. Go to the website for a full explanation of the various programs.
A good place to get information about where you can get legal assistance throughout the State of Utah is on the Utah Courts website here. TLC happens to be one of the entities listed.
