Paul Waldron

About

I am Paul Waldron, an attorney at the law firm Esplin | Weight in Provo, Utah.  I have helped families in my community protect the things most important to them for over 15 years.  Clients need the peace of mind that comes with having their affairs taken care of and put in order.  I successfully represent  and/or advise clients every day.  Make sure you get and/or keep your affairs in good order.

This blog is all about the options that the public can/should have as they access legal services.  I am all about value.  I always say that I understand that lawyers are expensive; I am one and I can’t afford one!  I enjoy helping folks solve their problems.

So, this blog is all about what types of arrangements can be had in using lawyers, how to find the lawyer for you, etc.  I hope to update at least weekly, but I get busy actually doing legal work for clients, so I blog when I can.  I welcome and desire comments and questions so that this blog can be a rich resource to everyone who is considering accessing legal services.

I have been a private practitioner, a Guardian ad Litem for the State of Utah (representing the best interests of abused and neglected children) and am still an Army National Guard judge advocate in Utah, having deployed to Afghanistan for a year as a legal trainer to the Afghan National Army.  As I have helped some clients in some unconventional ways, I have found it funny and satisfying to be called a “legal therapist.”

I love good food shared with friends.  In college I was a ballroom dancer (how I met my wife).  I am always looking forward to and planning the next 2-3 vacations for my family (which drives my wife nuts).  I am first and foremost a husband and father, but am grateful that I have the opportunity to serve others for my work.
